Esther Deutsch, LMSW, is the Director of the 5309 Family Center and the 4111 Family Center. Esther Deutsch was previously the Assistant Director and has served Pesach Tikvah nearly ten years with great skill and compassion. A native of the Borough Park/Kensington area, Esther Deutsch understands the community well, is versed in Yiddish, and brings much cultural sensitivity to her work. Esther Deutsch is a graduate of Touro University.
