Joe Bistricer has worked at Pesach Tikvah since 1992. He has 30 years of experience investigating incidents and working with developmentally disabled people. Prior to Pesach Tikvah, he worked with developmentally disabled people at Mishkan (JBFCS Intermediate Care Facility) and Women's League Intermediate Care Facility. He serves on the Pesach Tikvah's Leadership Committee, the Event Planning Committee, the Incident Review Committee, and the Special Review Committee.
