Pearl Ostreicher joined Pesach Tikvah as Program Director for HCBS in 2019. She directs the HCBS program and the CORE program, which are programs for adults with mental illness. She is a Certified School Psychologist who graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brooklyn College. Prior to Pesach Tikvah, she supervised an Early Intervention evaluations team. She has training and experience in assessment and counseling. Pearl Ostreicher is a member of the Incident Review Committee.
