Yisroel Len leads the Data Analytics/Engineering Department at Pesach Tikvah in pursuit of data excellence across all levels of the organization. His work, from improving data capture to data modelling to analytical dashboards, has significantly improved Pesach Tikvah's ability to measure and improve outcomes. As a CCBHC Project Evaluator, Yisroel's data analytics expertise is essential for advancing CCBHC's integrated care model, increasing measurable outcomes and tracking CCBHC's success. Prior to joining Pesach Tikvah in 2020, Yisroel spent six years studying at the Rabbinical Seminary of America, where he developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and problem-solving. He furthered his data science skills through General Assembly's Data Science Immersive and Python courses.
