Zalman Kotzen established Pesach Tikvah's geriatric services program in 2001. Zalman Kotzen brings 34 years of experience to Pesach Tikvah. He joined the staff of Pesach Tikvah in 1989, shortly after completing his master's degree in social work at Yeshiva University's Wurzweiler School of Social Work. He has trained more than 60 social workers and mental health counselors, and has taught social work and psychology at Touro College.
