  • 21-30 points: You may be experiencing moderate depression symptoms. It's highly recommended to talk to a healthcare provider about your feelings and explore options for treatment. 
  • 31-40 points: You may be experiencing severe depression symptoms. Please consider seeking immediate support from a mental health professional.
